At Soldatov Shop (https://soldatov.me), I sell self-published photo zines and photographic prints.

If you are a consumer located in a country where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. For EU consumers, this is described in the European Union's Your Europe returns guidance.

To request a return, email shop@soldatov.me.

The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying me of your decision to return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Returned items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
